Alex Doolan Due To Arrive Thursday

It will be one of those days on Thursday for the officials of Ramsbottom Cricket Club. We've been here, done it & got the bloody t-shirts!!! To many of them to be honest.

Pro Alex Doolan is due to arrive in the UK on Thursday, now we don't want to get ahead of ourselves here. But it will be squeaky bum time for Andy Dalby & Sheila McQueeney in particular, while they first scan the interweb to confirm Alex's flight has arrived. And then sit nervously for their phones to ring or a text message to say he has cleared immigration and there are no hiccups. There will then be a very audible sigh of relief which will probably be heard all the way back in Tasmania!!!

So we would like all members on Thursday to please touch some wood or cross a finger or two and hopefully our pro woes for the season will be over!!!  Fingers X
